Exchange and Return Policy:
Exchanges are offered if product arrives damaged and EZ Myco is notified within 7 days of arrival. Customer will pay for return shipping if applicable. Exchange item will be shipped within 3-5 business days of return. We try to avoid this by double boxing our filters and protecting each side with a metal mesh. If an item does arrive damaged please send us photographs of the damaged packaging and filter. This will initiate the return process.
