Exchange and Return Policy:
Exchanges are offered if product arrives damaged and EZ Myco is notified within 7 days of arrival. Customer will pay for return shipping if applicable. Exchange item will be shipped within 3-5 business days of return. We try to avoid this by double boxing our filters and protecting each side with a metal mesh. If an item does arrive damaged please send us photographs of the damaged packaging and filter. This will initiate the return process. Refunds are offered if order is canceled prior to shipping, item does not arrive at requested destination or if the item received does not match product description.
